Job summary

You will initiate projects from design through close-out, coordinate with site management, and cultivate trade-partner relationships to keep projects moving on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience with a GC/CM firm.
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related discipline preferred.
• Strong local subcontractor and vendor relationships in TN/Southeast.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from design through close-out.
• Coordinate with site management to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with trade partners and vendors.
• Direct all facets of project lifecycle from pre-con to c/o.
• Manage 1–2 mid-rise apartment or mixed-use projects concurrently.
