Job summary

Ironcore Construction, a California-based general contractor focused on multifamily and affordable housing, is seeking a Multifamily Construction Project Manager to lead projects from planning through completion.

You will own budgets, schedules, and quality while partnering with executives, architects, engineers, and field teams to deliver high-impact communities across California. This hands-on role requires ownership, accountability, and a proactive leadership mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of construction project management experience, with multifamily experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in CM, CE, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management for multifamily projects.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Drive schedules and manage risks to milestones.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, procurement, and change orders.
• Lead OAC meetings and communicate status clearly.
