Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of construction project management experience, multifamily preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• Strong understanding of multifamily construction methods, sequencing, and project delivery.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, procurement, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of multifamily construction projects.
• Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and change management.
• Drive project schedules and proactively identify risks to milestones.
• Review architectural and engineering drawings for constructability and coordination.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentation.
• Partner with field teams to keep projects moving safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate permitting processes with local jurisdictions and lead weekly OAC meetings.
