Job summary

Leopardo in Chicago seeks a Project Manager II to lead mid-sized multifamily projects, including ground-up, additions and renovations. You will manage budgets, schedules and coordination between subs, design partners and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and quality.

You will develop detailed preconstruction estimates, oversee procurement, subcontracts, RFI processes and change orders, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Project Manager or Assistant PM with estimating experience.
• Experience with multifamily construction projects preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering or architecture or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts, prepare budgets and estimates, and review bids.
• Develop master schedule and monitor critical path for multiple projects.
• Oversee subcontracting, change orders, and RFI processing; ensure contract compliance.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients and Leopardo teams.
• Mentor junior staff and participate in cross-functional initiatives.
