Job summary

Navigate Search in Chicago seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of ground-up multifamily construction projects throughout the Chicago market. This role manages projects from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring schedules, budgets, quality, and client expectations are met while coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, architects, and ownership.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Chicago, with regular visits to local job sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Procore proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple ground-up multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Lead subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and buyout activities.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with Superintendents to ensure milestones, quality, safety, and client expectations.
