Job summary

Leopardo, a leading Chicago-based construction firm, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the downtown office's growing JOC team. You will oversee the administration, execution, and completion of large, complex projects, managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships.

Responsibilities include preconstruction support, bid reviews, subcontractor management, cost control, and coordinating with architects and owners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in progressively responsible role with extensive estimating experience.
• Experience on tenant interiors construction projects.
• Deep understanding of construction processes from design to closeout.
• OSHA 30 Hour certification and LEED GA accreditation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgets, estimates, and schedules for complex projects.
• Coordinate preconstruction and bidding with teams and subcontractors.
• Manage RFI, subcontracts, and change orders with leaders.
• Build client and A/E relationships.
• Ensure safety and quality control procedures.
