Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for ground-up multifamily developments across California. The role requires managing projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in CM or CE, OSHA 10, 5+ years of PM experience, and strong skills in estimation, scheduling, and contract administration. We offer a competitive base salary of $110,000–$150,000 plus annual bonus opportunities, robust health

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Current OSHA 10 Certification is REQUIRED.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven experience in project estimation and scheduling.
• Proficiency in contract administration, change order management, RFI management, and submittal management.
• PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.
• Prepare and negotiate terms of all project agreements and ensure scope and limitations are understood by all parties.
• Create and maintain project documentation including schedule, budget, and work breakdown structure.
• Develop and maintain project financial reports to track progress against budget.
• Manage project changes, risks, and quality control issues.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage project submittals and ensure documents are submitted on time.
