Qualifications

  • Proficiency in contract administration, change order management, RFI management, and submittal management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
  • OSHA 10 safety regulations knowledge. PMP or equivalent certification would be asset.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.
  • Prepare and negotiate terms of project agreements and clarify contract scope and limitations.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation: schedule, budget, and WBS.
  • Develop and maintain project financial reports to track budget progress.
  • Manage project changes, risks, and quality control issues.
  • Oversee subcontractors and ensure safety and quality standards.
  • Address environmental or local community issues during a project.
  • Communicate with clients to understand needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Ensure OSHA 10 compliance in project activities.
  • Coordinate change orders and RFIs, and manage submittals.

Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Construction Project Manager to join our team. This is an opportunity to join a fast‑paced, high‑growth company in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be a self‑starter, capable of taking high‑level objectives and converting them into actionable, measurable tasks. They will be responsible for managing a variety of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.
  • Prepare and negotiate the terms of all project agreements and ensure all parties understand both the scope and limitations of the contract.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including but not limited to, project schedule, budget, and work breakdown structure.
  • Develop and maintain project financial reports to track the progress of the project against the budget.
  • Manage and respond to project changes, risks, and quality control issues.
  • Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Handle any environmental or local community issues that may come up during a project.
  • Directly communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations and to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Implementing and ensuring compliance with OSHA 10 safety regulations.
  • Effectively manage project change orders and RFIs.
  • Coordinate and manage project submittals and ensure all documents are accurate and submitted on time.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Current OSHA 10 Certification is REQUIRED
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proven experience in project estimation and scheduling.
