Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management, specifically in ground-up construction.
• Proven experience in scheduling, contract management, cost control and procurement.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to lead and manage a team.

• Site management experience with OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.
• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure highest quality.
• Manage project budget, including cost control and procurement.
• Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, promoting teamwork.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve project goals.
• Manage site operations for safety and OSHA compliance.
• Provide regular progress updates to owners.
• Utilize Procore, Bluebeam and MS Project to track progress and resources.
