Job summary

The General Superintendent at JN Beach Construction leads field teams and oversees several active and upcoming projects in California, Utah, Nevada, New Mexico, and beyond. You will drive construction means, methods, sequencing, quality control, and safety to ensure consistent delivery and adherence to company standards.

You will travel approximately 75% of the time, visiting jobsites, coaching field personnel, and coordinating with project leadership to resolve issues and maintain schedule

Qualifications

• Extensive field leadership on complex multifamily or commercial projects.
• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• Broad knowledge of construction trades, means/methods, sequencing and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide field leadership and technical oversight across multiple projects.
• Walk active jobsites to evaluate conditions, workmanship, safety and schedule.
• Guide superintendents and project managers on plans, specs, and standards.
• Coordinate with teams to develop corrective actions and enforce quality.
• Lead milestone activities and support turnover, warranty walks, and safety practices.
