Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities under the Project Superintendent. You will help manage schedules, subcontractors, and materials while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience in multi-family construction, ability to read blueprints, and strong communication skills. This position is on-site at our Raleigh, NC projects with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; construction-related education preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing multi-family construction with stable employment history.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and using MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities per project docs and schedule.
• Assist scheduling and coordination of subcontractors and materials.
• Maintain safety, quality, and timely project delivery through daily communication with the Project Superintendent.
• Manage field office operations and project documentation.
• Resolve deficiencies and coordinate with municipalities and utility providers.
