Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth daily operations of the community in a fast-paced setting.
• Assist Property Manager with maintenance, budgeting, marketing, and lease admin.
• Deliver superior customer service to residents and prospects to boost renewals.
• Process lease/renewal paperwork in line with company standards.
• Monitor advertising effectiveness and track client traffic.
• Lead on-site team and ensure Cushman & Wakefield policies are followed.
