Qualifications

- Knowledge of EM 385-1-1 safety standards.
- Ability to coordinate with stakeholders to meet schedule and budget.
- Time-in-grade requirement or equivalent GS/FS experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee construction operations on assigned projects (civil, mechanical, electrical, architectural).
- Perform on-site engineering, contract administration, and QA/QC.
- Provide surveillance of prime contractor and subs and monitor progress.
- Maintain communication with using agency and contractor representatives on safety, outages, and progress.
- Ensure adherence to construction schedules and quality control procedures.
