Responsibilities

• Oversee construction operations for civil, mechanical, electrical and architectural components.
• Perform on-site engineering, contract administration and quality assurance throughout the project.
• Provide surveillance over prime contractor and subs, monitor activities and adherence to schedules and QC procedures.
• Maintain communication with using agency and contractor representatives on safety, outages and progress.
• Address regulatory issues and coordinate change orders as needed.
