Qualifications

• Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Must be 21+ and have valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Call on accounts and manage daily routes with a defined routing pattern.
• Analyze accounts to identify opportunities and ensure compliance.
• Deliver professional sales presentations and promote products and promotions.
• Maintain product levels by stocking shelves where permissible.
• Educate account staff on priority brands through trainings.
• Manage receivables by processing credits/returns and communicating with accounts.
• Handle customer issues and refer to management as needed.
• Strive to achieve distribution, volume, and activity goals.
• Monitor inventory and alert management to demand fluctuations.
