Job summary

Jobtailor in Los Angeles is seeking a sales leadership role supporting SAE-driven major accounts. You will ride along on joint sales calls, participate in customer events, and help steer revenue growth through effective account management and performance reviews.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience and are located in or willing to relocate to the job area. You will collaborate with district leadership to shape sales strategies and training needs, ensuring strong customer engagement.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
• Currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate
• Previous supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Rides with SAE's during joint sales calls to meet major account contacts and create new revenue opportunities.
• Participates in customer entertainment functions to discuss TForces' sales objectives with customers outside the business environment.
• Reviews customer performance reports to provide status updates to the RSD and Service Center Manager.
• Meets with customers to understand account fluctuations and build rapport.
• Reviews SAE's performance to provide feedback and assist in achieving future objectives.
• Meets with District Director of Sales to review performance and develop targeted customers.
• Observes SAE's during sales calls to evaluate selling techniques and training needs.
• Reviews Customer Pricing Request reports to evaluate SAE support for revenue accounts.
• Conducts Operations Sales meetings to review sales accomplishments and issues with each SAE.
• Reviews SAE's sales calls and performance to evaluate product knowledge for training needs.
• Observes SAE's and Service Center Managers' communications to assess product discussions and training opportunities.
