The role requires 2+ years of experience with industrial machinery, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multicraft skills.
• Ability to work assigned shift (2nd or 3rd).
• Technical degree or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, etc.
• Experience in corrugated packaging, printing, converting, or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnosing breakdowns and restoring equipment quickly and safely.
• Performing preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Working closely with production and other maintenance team members.
• Continuously expanding technical skills through paid training and advancement programs.
