Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Multicraft Maintenance Technician on 2nd & 3rd shift to perform a wide range of industrial maintenance tasks in a fast-paced plant.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, conduct preventive maintenance, and work with other maintenance and production teams. PCA provides paid training, opportunities for advancement, and competitive hourly pay with premiums.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multicraft skills.
• Ability to work assigned shift (2nd or 3rd)

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnosing breakdowns and restoring equipment quickly and safely.
• Performing preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Working closely with production and other maintenance team members.
• Continuously expanding your technical skills through paid training and advancement programs.
