Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multicraft skills.
• Ability to work 2nd and 3rd shift as assigned.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose breakdowns and restore equipment quickly and safely.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Work closely with production and other maintenance team members.
• Expand technical skills through paid training and advancement programs.
