Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a Multicraft Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift in Cheswick, PA. You will troubleshoot and repair a wide range of industrial systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years troubleshooting industrial machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multi-craft skills.
• Ability to work assigned shift (2nd).
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnosing breakdowns and restoring equipment quickly and safely.
• Performing preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Collaborating with production and other maintenance team members.
• Participating in paid training and advancement programs.
