Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is hiring a Maintenance Technician for 2nd and 3rd shifts. You’ll perform a wide range of industrial maintenance tasks, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and support production lines with urgent repairs and preventive care.

This full-time position offers competitive hourly pay ($29.32–$39.95), overtime premiums, paid training, and opportunities for advancement within PCA’s nationwide network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multi‑craft skills.
• Ability to work the 2nd or 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose breakdowns and restore equipment quickly and safely.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Work closely with production and other maintenance team members.
• Expand technical skills through paid training and advancement programs.
