Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America in Arlington, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service and maintain plant equipment on a 3-shift production schedule. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, and replacing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with a team focused on safe preventive maintenance and rapid breakdown response.

You will work at PCA's Box Plant, receive paid training to advance skills, be provided with uniforms, safety shoes, and tools

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Technical degree in Mechanical or Electrical Trades preferred.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Experience in corrugated packaging or printing industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Based at the PCA Box Plant in Arlington, TX.
• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, or replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.
• Work with a team to safely perform preventive maintenance and respond to breakdowns in a production environment.
• Maintenance technicians are multicraft and training is provided to develop these skills.
