Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a Multicraft Maintenance Technician for the 2nd and 3rd shifts at our Milwaukee, WI plant. You will perform a wide range of maintenance tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, troubleshoot complex systems, and participate in paid training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multi-craft skills.
• Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnosing breakdowns and restoring equipment quickly and safely.
• Performing preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Working closely with production and other maintenance team members.
• Continuously expanding your technical skills through paid training and advancement programs.
