Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Multicraft Partner in Warren, OH to inspect, repair and optimize high-speed manufacturing equipment. You’ll troubleshoot complex electrical systems, support maintenance programs, and contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

The role requires a safety mindset, teamwork, and the ability to learn SAP/MES and MS Office. A technical degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with long-term growth opportunities within a large global manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED; accredited.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Pre-employment assessment, drug screening and background check.
• Passing Physical Abilities Test (PAT) required.
• Safety-minded with hazard recognition experience.
• Familiar with SAP, MES, MS Office, Outlook.
• Warren Facility uses High-Performance Work Team culture.
• Technical degree or 5+ years of related experience in manufacturing/industrial fields.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and fine-tune high-speed machines.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and maintain equipment uptime.
• Support preventative maintenance and autonomous care initiatives.
• Build capability within the Multicraft team.
• Participate in self-directed work teams and provide feedback.
• Document daily performance metrics in written/verbal form.
