Kimberly-Clark in Warren, Ohio is seeking a Multicraft Partner to inspect, repair, and fine-tune high-speed, technologically advanced machines. You will troubleshoot electrical systems, support preventative maintenance, and help drive continuous improvement in a High-Performance Work System.

The role requires 12-hour rotating shifts, safety-first mindset, ability to pass assessments, and experience with SAP/MRP and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED; technical degree preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-employment assessments and drug/background checks.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Experience with SAP/MRP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot high-speed manufacturing equipment to maximize uptime.
• Support preventative maintenance and autonomous care initiatives.
• Document daily performance metrics and communicate results.
• Contribute to continuous improvement within a High-Performance Work System.
• Maintain safe working practices and proper rigging/lockout procedures.
