Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Work schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, overtime.
• Pre-employment drug + background screening required.
• Pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT) required.
• Safety-minded with hazard recognition experience.
• Ability to learn SAP/MES and standardOffice apps.
• Warren Facility operates in a High-Performance Work Team culture.
• 2-year technical degree or 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/industrial field.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and fine-tune high-speed machines to maximize uptime.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical systems and improve maintenance practices.
• Support preventative maintenance and autonomous care initiatives.
• Develop skills and share knowledge within your team.
• Document daily performance metrics in written and verbal formats.
• Operate heavу equipment as required (forklifts, cranes).
