Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment to keep production running safely and reliably.You will work on pneumatic/hydraulic systems, control valves, and pumps, diagnosing AC/DC electrical issues with schematics and testing tools.

The role emphasizes preventative maintenance, timely responses to maintenance calls, and applying multi-craft skills to maximize safety and efficiency in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work on weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift 15 to 50 points with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time with or without accommodation.
• Able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Work in an environment with extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and install pneumatic and hydraulic systems, control valves, and pumps
• Diagnose and repair AC/DC electrical systems using schematics and electrical testing equipment
• Use preventative maintenance systems and work order tracking to support equipment reliability
• Respond to maintenance calls, inspect machines, identify needed repairs, and take corrective action
• Apply multi-craft maintenance skills to help maximize equipment efficiency, effectiveness, and safety
