Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to type quickly and accurately.
• Comfortable assisting customers across phone, email, social media, and in person.
• Familiarity with common helpdesk tools (Meta Business Suite, Gmail, Gorgias) is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and quick learner of new programs.
• Capable of handling multiple interactions with good time management.
• Professional, courteous, and confident communication style.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service across social media, phone, email, and showroom.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries.
• Answer inbound calls and manage customer correspondence.
• Assist customers with purchases and product questions in the showroom.
• Learn company products and accessories to answer questions accurately.
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews on platforms.
• Maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
• Open/close the facility and secure equipment, displays, and lights.
• Provide solution-focused service when resolving concerns.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
