Allied Tech is hiring a Customer Service Representative for swing shifts in a fully remote role based in the United States. The position offers a salary range of $53,000–$65,000 per year, with performance bonuses up to 10% for individuals and up to 10% for company performance.

You will handle inquiries across phone, live chat, and ticketing systems, resolve escalations, troubleshoot issues, and document interactions with care. Strong written communication and reliable internet are essential.
