Job summary

Ball Equipment’s FixMyToys ecommerce division in Romeo, MI, seeks a Catalog Manager to oversee the daily accuracy, expansion, and performance of the product catalog across Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Google Merchant Center, and other channels.

You will handle data automation, feeds, and channel listings, enforce standards for titles and descriptions, and coordinate with pricing, purchasing, and content teams to keep listings active, compliant, and sellable.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large e-commerce catalogs and multichannel listings.
• Knowledge of marketplace listing requirements and quality controls.
• Strong spreadsheet, data analysis, and process-improvement skills.
• Experience supervising staff and collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate product details and standardize attributes, specs, weights, and vendor data.
• Manage data platform rules, templates, attributes, and feeds for listed channels.
• Prioritize catalog expansion and listing maintenance to keep products active and sellable.
• Ensure titles, descriptions, categorization, and SEO across channels; resolve errors.
