Job summary

Responsibilities include catalog updates, promotions tracking, and leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows, with exposure to leading platforms like Amazon Vendor Central and Salsify.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and process‑driven.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with item setup, maintenance, and content syndication.
• Proficiency in Excel; exposure to Tableau and/or basic coding concepts is a plus.
• Preferred experience with tools such as Amazon Vendor Central, Salsify, Syndigo, and Brandbank.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for ecommerce catalog and digital shelf needs.
• Manage item setup, maintenance, catalog updates, and promotions tracking across retailer platforms.
• Upload and maintain product content including images, videos, and enhanced content.
• Utilize digital shelf tools to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of product information.
• Prioritize and execute tasks across platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, and additional retailers.
• Work within internal tools and portals to collect, distribute, and audit digital content.
• Partner closely with internal sales and ecommerce teams to align on priorities and execution.
• Collect and distribute promotional plans and key retail drive times, particularly for Amazon.
• Leverage AI tools and automated workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
