Wonder is seeking a General Manager to lead a multi-brand, shared-kitchen location in Washington, DC. You will oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment channels including dine-in, pickup, and delivery, while driving labor efficiency and service excellence.

You will own the local P&L, manage cross-functional teams, and collaborate with partners to optimize costs and revenues. This role demands a proactive leader with a track record of KPI-driven results and staff

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading high-volume, complex operations.
• Progressive leadership with growth and advancement.
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and KPI management.
• Ability to influence across finance, HR, logistics, culinary, and partner teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead Day-to-Day Operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment (dine-in, pickup, delivery).
• Optimize labor deployment and throughput to meet business needs.
• Ensure compliance with labor, food safety, and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory and reduce waste; manage shelf life adherence.
• Own the location’s P&L and track KPIs related to guest experience and financial performance.
• Partner cross-functionally to identify cost-saving and revenue-driving opportunities.
• Grow the business through talent development and succession planning.
