Job summary

Wonder is seeking a General Manager to oversee a high-volume, multi-brand kitchen and shared operations center in Waldorf, MD. The role requires full P&L ownership, labor optimization, and excellence in service across dine-in, pickup, and delivery.

You will mentor managers, align with finance, culinary, procurement, and logistics, and drive growth through data-informed decisions and strong partner relations.

Qualifications

• Three years minimum leading high-volume, complex operations in logistics, hospitality, or eCommerce.
• Proven track record of full P&L ownership and delivering results.
• Experience in fast-growing, multi-brand, or on-demand environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment channels (dine-in, pickup, delivery).
• Oversee blended on-site workforce of employees and contracted staff.
• Own the location’s P&L and optimize labor, food costs, and margins.
• Forecast demand, manage inventory and compliance, and drive KPI performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, culinary, procurement, and logistics to drive growth.
