Job summary

The UB will open new accounts, process monetary transactions, and maintain compliance with KYC/AML rules. Travel between branches will be part of the role to ensure high-quality service and support

Qualifications

• Open new accounts and process monetary transactions.
• Promote and cross-sell banking products and services.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to a diverse customer base.
• Maintain current knowledge of products, services and bank promotions.
• Ensure compliance with Know Your Customer/ AML, security, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in opening accounts and processing transactions.
• Identify customer needs and suggest bank products and services.
• Support branch operations and daily audits and end-of-day procedures.
• Balance cash drawer and verify currency to totals.
• Represent the bank at community events to raise brand awareness.
