Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a CNC Programmer to transform raw materials into precise components using CNC machines. The role involves interpreting engineering drawings, creating CNC programs with Mastercam, and setting up machines to meet specifications.

Test runs and adjustments ensure parts align with GD&T tolerances. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of Mastercam experience in a close-tolerance milling environment, with Vericut and SolidWorks proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Mastercam experience.
• Close-tolerance milling environment experience.
• Strong understanding of GD&T.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and own projects to meet delivery commitments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain multi-axis CNC programs to produce parts.
• Ensure collision-free code through Vericut simulation.
• Collaborate with engineers, programmers, and end users on program intent and process output.
• Design workholding and fixtures using SolidWorks or Mastercam, or delegate detailing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining process issues.
