The role focuses on turning aerospace/defense prints into efficient toolpaths and on-site validation with Fanuc controls.

Qualifications

7–10 years of CNC programming experience with Mastercam, fluent in G-code and M-code.
Multi-axis machining background in aerospace/defense manufacturing.
Strong communicator with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Detail-driven problem solver who owns results and prioritizes safety.
Effective working independently or with cross-functional teams.
GDT comprehension and practical application.
Advanced troubleshooting and corrective action.
Production machine setups and program prove-outs.

Responsibilities

Program multi-axis CNC milling operations in Mastercam to meet exacting tolerances and finishes.
Engineer manufacturing processes to boost productivity and consistency.
Set up and operate Fanuc-based CNC machines to validate and optimize programs on the shop floor.
Collaborate cross-functionally to diagnose root causes and resolve issues quickly.
Mine production data to identify improvements and reduce cycle times.
Prepare runtime, setup, and tooling estimates for quotes to support sales.
Provide hands-on training, mentorship, and safety guidance to machinists and operators.
