Job summary

100Hires, Inc. seeks a skilled CNC machinist to own the full machining cycle on milling centers and boring mills. You will program from prints using Mazatrol, Celos, and G/M codes, set up fixtures, align parts, and operate to tight tolerances.

The role requires strong GD&T proficiency, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot tool wear or vibration. You will record process data, maintain documentation, and care for equipment to ensure quality production.

Qualifications

• Experience reading drawings with GD&T and applying tolerances.
• Proficient in Mazatrol, Celos, and G/M code programming.
• Solid math skills for trigonometry and geometry calculations.
• Ability to set up fixtures, measure parts, and adjust tooling.

Responsibilities

• Program from prints with GD&T using Mazatrol, Celos, and G/M codes.
• Set up: mount, align, and secure tools, fixtures, and workpieces.
• Operate: start machines, monitor processes, and record data.
• Inspect: measure dimensions and adjust tooling to specs.
• Control: insert and edit instructions; perform offsets during runs.
• Sequence: stop machines to change tooling or parts per plan.
• Quality: identify defects and sort nonconforming pieces.
• Troubleshoot: address dull tools or vibration and fix promptly.
