Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager in Tulsa to lead food & beverage, bar, and bowling operations across shifts. You will build a team that delivers hospitality excellence and drive performance across all service touchpoints.

The role requires 3+ years in high-volume settings, a floor-first approach to guest experience, and strong financial acumen. Expect a dynamic, center-wide leadership position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume food and beverage operations.
• Proven ability to drive sales and consistently deliver service.
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced settings.
• Strong focus on guest experience and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food & beverage, bar, bowling, and arcade.
• Drive revenue through sales, upselling, and guest engagement.
• Recruit, train, and schedule teams to meet standards.
• Own labor, food cost, inventory, and daily financial targets.
• Support front-of-house and back-of-house, resolve guest issues.
• Ensure the center is ready for high-volume shifts.
