Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food and beverage, bar, and bowling operations across every shift. You will flex into any role the floor needs and build a team that delivers great hospitality without being asked twice.

Lead with a floor-first management style, drive revenue through guest engagement, and ensure financial targets are met while maintaining high service standards across all venues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in high-volume hospitality settings.
• Proven ability to drive food and beverage sales.
• Experience training hourly staff and leaders.
• Strong guest-experience mindset with accountability.
• Knowledge of labor, costs, inventory, and P&L basics.
• Willingness to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across F&B, bar, bowling, and arcade.
• Drive revenue through upselling and guest engagement.
• Recruit, train, and schedule teams to meet standards.
• Own labor, food cost control, and inventory accuracy.
• Resolve guest issues in real time and uphold hospitality culture.
• Ensure center is ready for high-volume shifts.
