Job summary

Universal Kids Resort in Frisco, Texas seeks a venue supervisor responsible for revenue generation in multiple Food & Beverage locations, overseeing inventory, and leading the training of Team Members to uphold guest service standards. Responsibilities

• Assist management with daily opening/closing operations, inventory, audits, and end-of-day processes.
• Ensure guest and team member safety by enforcing safety practices and documenting actions per policy.
• Develop, coach, and train Food & Beverage team leads and staff; manage labor budgets and venue schedules.
• Monitor GSAT/TSAT initiatives and improve guest and team member satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to keep venues show-ready and maintain cleanliness and maintenance standards.
