Job summary

Universal Kids Resort is seeking a results-driven leader to drive revenue generation across multiple Food & Beverage venues. The role oversees inventory, staff training, and daily operations to ensure high guest service standards and safe, efficient venues.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1+ year of leadership experience and a High School Diploma or GED, with CPFM certification preferred. This position requires hands-on supervision at locations and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Role requires leadership experience and the ability to train Team Members.
• Must maintain safety standards and guest service excellence.
• Experience in managing labor budgets and staffing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Management with consistent execution of Guest Service and operational standards.
• Perform daily opening/closing duties including inventory, audits, and end-of-day processes.
• Ensure safety of Guests and Team Members by following safety practices and documentation.
• Develop, coach, and train all Food & Beverage Team Members; manage labor budgets and schedules.
• Maintain TSAT and GSAT initiatives and ensure a safe, pleasant, efficient environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet goals and keep venues Show Ready for Guests.
• Follow Environmental, Health & Safety policies and participate in related activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
