Job summary

Universal Kids Resort is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee multiple venues, ensuring guest service excellence, safety, and operational readiness. You will guide Team Members, conduct audits, and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.

You will mentor Team Leads, manage labor budgets, adjust staffing, and partner with other departments to keep venues “Show Ready” for guests while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience.
• Certifications may be required for food service management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with opening/closing venues, inventory checks, audits, and end-of-day processes.
• Develop, coach and train Food & Beverage Team Leads and Team Members; manage labor budgets and staffing.
• Monitor safety practices, ensure guest and team member safety, and uphold company policies.
