Job summary

CorePower Yoga is seeking a District Manager in Los Angeles to lead multiple studios, drive financial growth, and develop studio leaders. You will ensure a high-quality yoga experience, align district goals with CPY initiatives, and coach teams for operational excellence.

Responsibilities include strategic revenue planning, cost management, talent development, and partner collaboration with senior operations leadership. Must relocate as needed.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in fitness, service, hospitality, or related fields.
• Strong alignment with CorePower Yoga Core Values.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to mentor diverse teams and leadership levels.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and meets deadlines.
• Self-starter with enthusiasm for new projects and growth.
• Experience giving actionable feedback and coaching.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Yoga Alliance 200-hour teacher training preferred.
• Minimum three years in CPY or multi-unit leadership preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop district-level strategies to grow revenue and profitability.
• Lead and coach studio leaders to achieve goals and maintain quality.
• Partner with VP Yoga Operations to align district operations.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and cost-saving opportunities across studios.
• Drive talent development and succession planning within the district.
• Oversee health and safety protocols and program consistency.
