Responsibilities

• Provide multi-unit culinary expertise and operational support across a wide geographic area.
• Lead menu development, culinary planning, and large catering initiatives.
• Train frontline and managerial staff on standards, processes, and systems.
• Oversee plate costing, inventory, and compliance with food management systems and vendors.
• Support recruitment and development of culinary talent and represent Sodexo in program showcases.
