The role emphasizes mentoring chefs, driving regional culinary innovation, and delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strategic program rollout in collaboration with marketing and culinary teams.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree preferred.
• Five years of culinary management experience required.
• Two years of multi-site culinary management experience required.
• High-volume production and catering experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Teaches, trains and mentors chefs.
• Drives innovation across accounts.
• Manages cost controls and expenditures for accounts.
• Plans and creates menus.
• Purchases and manages inventory for region.
• Elevates regional chef skill levels.
• Rolls out culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
• Develops and communicates strategies to improve customer experience.
• Provides training to assure high-quality food.
