Job summary

Sev Skin is seeking a Multi-Unit Studio Manager to lead multiple studios nationwide, drive revenue, and develop leaders across the market. You will coach Studio Managers, manage client experiences, and partner with marketing to execute growth initiatives across the Sev Skin network.

The role is on-site, requires travel between studios, and reports to the District Manager. Base salary + bonus potential supports a growth-oriented leadership career in a fast-expanding brand.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple studios, retail stores, or service-based businesses.
• Strong sales mindset with a track record of achieving measurable results.
• Experience coaching, developing, and inspiring leaders and teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel regularly between assigned studios.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire Studio Teams across multiple studios to build a positive culture and achieve goals.
• Drive business performance by hitting revenue, sales, productivity, and profitability targets; monitor KPIs and convert insights into action.
• Create an exceptional client experience reflecting Sev Skin’s service standards and brand values.
• Grow Sev Skin’s local presence through grassroots marketing, partnerships, and community outreach.
