Sev Skin is seeking a Multi-Unit Studio Manager to lead multiple studios nationwide, develop leaders, and influence business performance across markets. You’ll drive revenue, manage scheduling and staffing, and ensure Sev Skin’s elevated client experience across all locations.

You will coach Studio Managers, collaborate with Marketing, and implement promotions while maintaining brand standards, service quality, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Experience successfully leading multiple studios, retail stores, or service-based businesses.
• Strong sales mindset with a track record of achieving measurable business results.
• Experience coaching, developing, and inspiring leaders and teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence analyzing performance data and translating insights into action.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage multiple studios to meet revenue, sales, productivity, and profitability goals.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and translate insights into action.
• Coach teams to improve conversions, rebooking, reviews, and OSAT scores.
• Partner with Marketing and field leadership for promotions and growth initiatives.
• Ensure studios follow policies and brand standards and optimize staffing and costs.
