Job summary

Sev Skin is seeking a Multi-Unit Studio Manager to lead multiple studios across the market, developing Studio Managers and teams to hit goals while delivering Sev Skin’s elevated client experience.

You will drive revenue, monitor performance, and partner with marketing to grow the local presence. This on-site role requires regular travel among studios and a strong client-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple studios, retail stores, or service-based businesses is required.
• Strong sales mindset with a track record of achieving measurable business results.
• Experience coaching, developing, and inspiring leaders and teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire studio teams across assigned locations to build a positive, results-driven culture.
• Drive revenue, productivity, and profitability while monitoring KPIs and turning insights into action.
• Create exceptional client experiences by enforcing Sev Skin standards and seamless service across studios.
• Grow local presence through grassroots marketing, partnerships, and community engagement.
