Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree with emphasis in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations, including managing a multiunit capacity when necessary.
• Provide and model best-in-class guest service; greet guests and resolve questions quickly and courteously.
• Support the shopping environment, promotions, and guest relationships to drive sales and loyalty.
• Process guest purchases and returns accurately using POS systems and provide receipts.
• Recruit, interview, hire, develop, and retain high-performing associates.
• Ensure onboarding, training, and compliance are completed before shifts.
