Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelors in business/marketing/merchandising preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales/guest service/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead in a multiunit capacity and manage store operations.
• Provide best-in-class guest service and promote promotions and loyalty programs.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and timekeeping; manage staffing levels.
• Ensure store is clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Fulfill Omni-Channel orders daily and manage inventory counts.
• Lead and train associates; ensure onboarding and policy compliance.
• Protect store assets and maintain loss prevention practices.
• Communicate with District Manager and implement store initiatives.
